L’Arche Spokane Needs You

Dear Friends of L’Arche Spokane:

Living the mission of L’Arche in the midst of COVID-19 looks very different. As you may be aware, people with intellectual disabilities are among the most vulnerable in this pandemic. In the interest of safety, we have given up jobs, activities outside the home, and spending time with family, friends, and our faithful volunteers. And yet…

The more things change, the more they remain the same.    Alphonse Karr

Despite COVID-19, L’Arche Spokane continues to live out our mission in creative new ways. We still change lives. L’Arche members with and without intellectual disabilities are provided the opportunity to develop their gifts, build relationships, and find their place. A fundamental shift occurs when we are celebrated and our unique gifts are recognized. This shift begins with the individual and goes on to impact the larger community. L’Arche makes this world a more vibrant place.

As we enter into this season of gratitude and joy, we are deeply thankful for donors like you who help to enrich the day to day lives of our community members, creating new possibilities for transformation in the world. With your gift to L’Arche Spokane, you are:
