Meet the Leadership Team

The L’Arche Spokane Leadership Team consists of a Community Leader (Executive Director), a Community Coordinator, a Health Care Coordinator, and an Office Manager. These four individuals work together to support the assistants and core members, and ensure the seamless running of our homes.

Maurine has been the Community Leader of L’Arche Spokane since 2014. She came to L’Arche with a wealth of non-profit and administrative experience.

Malia E.

Office Manager

Malia came to L’Arche Spokane in 2014 as a Live-In Assistant at Harvest House. After a year she transitioned to a Live-In at Trinity House, and then became Office Manager in 2017.

Sydney C.

Community Coordinator

Sydney came to L’Arche Spokane in 2021, but has had experience in L’Arches in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.

Robin R.

Health Care Coordinator

Robin has had L’Arche experience in France as well as Seattle and Honduras. In 2019 she joined our community to become the Health Care Coordinator.
