Maurine has been the Community Leader of L’Arche Spokane since 2014. She came to L’Arche with a wealth of non-profit and administrative experience.
The L’Arche Spokane Leadership Team consists of a Community Leader (Executive Director), an Office Manager, a Community Coordinator, and a Health Care Coordinator. These four individuals work together to support the assistants and core members, and ensure the seamless running of our homes.

Malia came to L’Arche Spokane in 2014 as a Live-In Assistant at Harvest House. After a year she transitioned to a Live-In at Trinity House, and then became Office Manager in 2017.
Trena joined L’Arche Spokane as Community Coordinator in 2024, after over 12 years of experience working in various roles at an assisted living facility.
DruAnne joined L’Arche Spokane in 2025 as Health Care Coordinator, after years of experience as a CNA and Admissions Director.
